O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Additional Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2019 within a stipulated time. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 32 years, as of today, the respondent is aged about 45 years, and hence, the matter may be disposed of at an early date facilitating the parties to settle down in life by finding other ways. The matter is pending for the past two years at the stage of filing counter.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Additional Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
