O R D E R

The petitioners who have had inter caste marriage have filed the present petition seeking for police protection as there might be some opposition from 2nd petitioner's parents.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the petitioners and parents of the 2nd petitioner are personally present before this Court. The parents of the 2nd petitioner have informed this Court that they wanted to speak with their daughter and they have also informed that after marriage, they have not spoken to them at all. and the second petitioner have spoken with each other. The parents of the 2nd petitioner informed this Court that they do not intend to give any problem to the married couple and that they will not interfere in her peaceful life. In view of the same, I do not find any reason as to why the police protection has to be extended to the couple.

3. With the above observations, the criminal original petition stands closed.
