This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4772 of 2024, dated 29.02.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4772 of 2024, dated 29.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
