This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24778 of 2023, dated 09.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24778 of 2023, dated 09.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
