The present Civil Revision petition is filed for a direction to dispose of O.S.No.122 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruttani at an early date.

2. It is seen that the matter was posted for continuation of cross examination of P.W.1 on 12.12.2019 and thereafter, it has been periodically adjourned till lock down was declared. The petitioner seeks ejectment of strangers squatting on his properties by filing the suit.

3. Considering the urgency and the long pendency of the case, the direction is given to the learned Sub Judge, Tiruttani to dispose of the case in O.S.No.122 of 2017 pending on its file, as expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Court.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
