Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the sullage water drainage constructed across the roads of the streets at Thanigoipolur Village, Arakonam Taluk, Ranipet District, which was constructed by leaving the encroached areas in the said streets, as it reduced the width of the public roads and further direct them to construct sullage water drainage at the side of the said roads after removal of encroachments ensuring free accessibility for the Ambulance, Fire Service Vehicle, Temple Chariot etc, in the said public roads.
