All these applications have been filed by the plaintiff in the suit at the time when the parties were meandering around the application stage. Subsequently, the respondent/defendant had filed written statement and issues had been framed and the parties had been directed to adduce evidence.

2. Parties have actually move forward and I am informed that the plaintiff had already let in evidence and such evidence had also been tested during cross examination. It is now the turn of the defendants to adduce evidence.

3. Since both the plaintiff and the defendants have stated various facts in the affidavits in these applications, they may lead evidence and speak about those facts.

4. I am informed that the plaintiff had been already spoken about the necessity of these applications, and therefore, without prejudice to the evidence already recorded and the evidence to be adduced, all these applications stands disposed of.

5. Both the learned counsels may advance arguments relying on the averments made in the respective affidavits in these applications also at the time of arguments in the main suit.
