Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.G.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.GANASEKAR Advocate for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:-
None appears on behalf of the second respondent. We have granted interim order on 03.02.17, taking into account, the prima facie case made out by the petitioner and pendency of a writ petition before the High Court at Telengana.
The interim order is made absolute. Post the writ petition for final disposal in the usual course.
