(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 in removal of the encroachments made in Survey No.114/1, 114/2 and 114/4 measuring about Hc.3.68.5, Survey No.111/2 and 111/4, measuring about Hc.2.95.50, Survey No.71, measuring about Hc.0.49.50, Survey No.72/3, measuring about Hc.01.04.50, Survey No.73/2, measuring about Hc.00.89.00, Survey No.74, measuring about Hc.00.39.50 which are all classified as Government Porombok and Car Track, under the encroachment of the respondents 3 to 6, within a time frame.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for by the writ petitioner, we are not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Therefore, we direct the second respondent, to consider the representation dated 12.02.2024 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
