This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on everyday saturday at 10.30 am until further orders by this honble court in Crl.O.P.No.326 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on everyday Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.326 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025, is relaxed. 4.
