a) For the appointment of the petitioner as legal guardian of the minor daughter Samayah Zaid now aged about 3 years. b) For declaration that the petitioner is entitled for the custody of the minor daughter Samayah Zaid now aged about 3 years till she becomes major. c) For cost of the petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced an E-mail received by him from the petitioner herein. She has instructed the counsel to unconditionally withdraw the O.P.No. 66 of 2018.
