M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and N.SESHASAYEE, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] Heard the submission of Mr.S.Hameed Ismail, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the State as well as Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel representing the Committee of Administrators.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the Petitioners are complying with the conditions right from the date of passing of the order i.e., 18.01.2019 and that since they are fully extending cooperation to the Investigating Agency, prays for appropriate modification.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners are complying all the conditions and prays for short accommodation to file a Status Report as to the progress being made in the Memo filed under Section 173(8)Cr.P.C and C.C.No.9 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court of TNPID Act case, Madurai.

4. Mr.M.S.Krishnan, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Committee of Administrator would submit that they came across information as to the allegation of Lease Deed for some of the properties and seeks time to file additional Memo to the Report No.9.

5. In the result the petition is ordered and the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 18.01.2019, in the above Criminal Original Petition, is relaxed, subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Sub Court for TNPID Act cases, Madurai in connection with C.C.No.9 of 2019, on the first week of every English Calender Month until further orders and that the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Agency as and when required.
