Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to immediately take action under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act against the respondents 5 to 7 on the basis of complaint dated 23.06.2020 and pass any other further orders.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Aruldoss, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4 and on consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the complaint made by the petitioner on 23.06.2020 and to take action under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act against the respondents 5 to 7.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 to 7 have created certain documents illegally and therefore, the petitioner had given a complaint before the Official respondents on 23.06.2020 to take action against the respondents 5 to 7 under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act. Since no action was taken till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate direction.
4. Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2; and Mr.Aruldoss, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the complaint made by the petitioner on 23.06.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law. The second respondent shall issue notice to the respondents 5 to 7 and afford them opportunity before conducting the enquiry and passing final orders. The second respondent shall pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation
to the second respondent along with a copy of the complaint dated 23.06.2020 and all other documents and also a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
