This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 07.06.2016, there appears to be prima facie materials for the respondent to register FIR.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof for having given the complaint.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in-person to the 1st respondent Police and on such complaint being given, register a regular FIR and take action in accordance with law.
