This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action to register the FIR on the complaint dated 01.02.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
