This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23755 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended finally by a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
