ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 04.10.2021 in W.P.No.21309 of 2021.

2. On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavits have been filed.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the compliance of the order.

4. In the light of the submissions of the respective counsels, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed.
