2. With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 22.07.2010 on compassionate ground. Though a proposal was sent by the second respondent to the first respondent for regularisation of the petitioner on 07.06.2012, so far the petitioner is not regularised. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for appropriate direction to the first respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner.

4. In view of the narrow prayer made, the first respondent is directed to consider the issue relating to the regularisation of service of the petitioner as Junior Assistant based on the proposal sent by the second respondent dated 07.06.2012 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
