This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 18.07.2016 given to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on the complaint lodged by one M/s.Equitas Finance Company against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
