This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in C.C No. 25 of 2023 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential commodities Act, cases, Coimbatore.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of 155 grams of Amphetamine Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
