Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the Resondents herein particularly the 3rd Respondent, viz., The Assistant General Manager (Disciplinary Authority) Central Bank of India, Chennai -2 in order dated 2.9.2003 in No.AB/AGM/DVK/DA/45/2003-04/2, which was upheld by the second Respondent herein viz., Deputy General Manager (Appellate Authority), Zonal Office, Hyderabad 500 095 in his order dated 31.3.2004/05.4.2004, No. ZO:ZM:AA: 3.4.42 which was also upheld by the First Respondent herien viz. The General Manager (Reviewing Authority), Central Bank of India, Zonal Office, Chennai in his order dated 30.11.2005 in No.ZO/HRD/DAD/05 - 06/2761, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to reinstate the writ petitioner herein service, giving due promotion to him along with the entire backwages and other monetary benefits.

O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 16.07.2018. The said Memo reads as follows:

"It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the above writ petition as not pressed with liberty to approach the respondents after disposal of the Crl Appeal No.579 of 2010 now pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

2.In view of the Memo dated 16.07.2018 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
