ORDER
Heard Mr.I.Paul Noble Devakumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.D.Audikesavalu, the learned counsel for the first respondent and by consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is disposed of at this stage.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent bank to sanction educational loan to enable her to pursue diploma course in the second respondent college. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Mr.P.D.Adudikesavalu, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent bank, has handed over the application form to the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner's father is a defaulter and since a co-applicant has to be there along with the applicant, it is open to any other eligible person, like that of the petitioner's mother, to be a co-applicant along with the petitioner.
4.In view of the above, if the petitioner submits the application along with co-applicant, with necessary records, the first respondent bank shall consider the petitioner's application for grant of loan, as per the fees structure, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the application submitted complete in all respect.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
