This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015 given to the 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The allegation in the complaint is that, during the Panchayat meeting, some of the Panchayat members including the President had abused the petitioner. In an allegation of this nature, the police cannot be directed to register FIR and conduct investigation and that will make inroads into democratic institutions.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
