JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff made a statement that both the parties have compromised the matter, and hence he is withdrawing the suit. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund such Court fee as is payable under law.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff added that the plaintiff is 92 years old, and in this COVID times, the plaintiff cannot venture the Court and hence seeks leave of the Court to collect the cheque on his behalf. Leave granted.
