C.M.P.No.11166 of 2021 in S.A.No.1386 of 2011 C.M.P.No.11166 of 2021 in S.A.No.1386 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to record that the 1st Petitioner/1st Appellant is the legal heir of the deceased 2nd Appellant and to bring on record the Petitioners 3 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Appellant and to array them as Appellants 3 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for arguments on 20.08.2021.
