This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25971 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25971 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
