Kuppa Gounder v. Susila

C.M.P.No.9440 of 2021 C.M.P.No.9440 of 2021 in S.A.No.1814 of 2002 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 9 to 11 as the legal representatives of the deceased Susila as first respondent and rank them as the respondents 9 to 11 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 7 to 9 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above Second Appeal within a week. After carrying out the amendments, issue notice to the proposed respondents 7 to 9 returnable in one week. Private notice is also permitted.

10. Post the matter on 19.10.2022.
