Prayer in W.P.No.26756 of 2016 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as Panchayat secretary at Bethalapalli Village Panchayat, Krishnagiri Block pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.14276/2015/M3 dated 29.02.2016 and consequential order passed by the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.1613/2015/E2 dated 05.03.2016.
