ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.04.2023 and to conduct the enquiry on the petitioner representation dated 04.04.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.255 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341 and 506(1) of IPC and the investigation is pending.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
