The Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 11.10.2012 made in M.C.O.P.No. 35 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Judge), Arani.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant / Insurance Company submitted that the entire award amount has been deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.35 of 2008 and the same has been withdrawn by the respondents herein / claim petitioners from the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Arani.

3. Recording the said submission, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. No costs.
