Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.755 of 2019. to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.775 of 2019 by an order dated 28.01.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

4.On perusal of the records, it is seen that earlier, the petition seeking the same modification as in the present petition was dismissed by this Court on 27.03.2019 on merits. Considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances, this modification petition is dismissed.
