This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5721 of 2023 vide order dated 20.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
