Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7075 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 in W-24, All Women Police Station, Teynampet Police Station, Chennai in Crime No.1 of 2021 viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respodent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7075 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 8 of POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.1 of 2021 while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
