This application is filed for interim custody of the minor children Vinaya Sankar and Iniya Sankar during summer vacation.

2. The petitioner is the father of the minor children who are presently in the custody of their grandparents. The said grandparents are the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein.

3.The learned counsel representing the 2nd and 3rd respondents states that the children are currently travelling in different places in Tamil Nadu but would be in Chennai on 30.05.2022. The said respondents agree to bring the children to the Mediation Centre annexed to this Court so as to enable the petitioner to spend time with them.

4. The 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to bring the children to the Mediation Centre on 30.05.2022 at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner is permitted to interact with the children at the Mediation Centre until about 1.30 p.m. Thereafter, the 2nd and 3rd respondent shall take custody of the children.
