ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of detenue. Alleging that the detenue, who is doing her collegiate education, has been missing, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The detenue, who is present in court today, has stated that she is 19 years of old and she is attending classes regularly from the residence of her uncle by name Mr.Mahalingam.

3. The uncle of the detenue is also present. He has also reiterated the same.
4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. We record the fact that the detenue is living in the residence of her uncle Mr.Mahalingam having mobile No. 95781 63847. The detenue is accordingly set at liberty. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
