This petition is filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the appeal against the judgement and order of conviction dated 20.07.2023 and sentence dated 29.08.2023 passed in S.C.No.37 of 2021 by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Arni.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
