2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been regularly reporting before the Inspector of Police, CBCID Office, New Town Police Station Campus, Cuddalore, at 10.30 a.m.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the condition No.(iii) imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- The condition directing the detenu to stay within the Revenue District of Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID Office, New Town Police Station Campus, Cuddalore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed.
