ORDER

A report had been received dated 02.07.2021 from the XII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.This Court places its deep appreciation on the learned Judge for having forwarded the said report.

3. In the said report, the learned Judge had stated that RLTOP No.152 of 2019 is now posted for arguments on 06.07.2021. He had also stated that he would undertake to dispose of the matter on merits as early as possible with in a period of two months from the next hearing date namely 06.07.2021.

3.Therefore, taking into consideration the above undertaking made by the learned Judge, this Court fixes an extreme outer limit for disposal of RLTOP No.152 of 2019 as 30.09.2021.

4.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
