IN CRIME NO.224 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9433 of 2021 dated 20.05.2021 in Perugavazhnthan Police Station, Tiruvarur District in Crime No.224 of 2021, viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9433 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ 366 (A) of IPC and Section 6 r/w 5(i), 5(j)(ii) of POCSO Act 2012 and Section 9 of Child Marriage Prohibition Act in Crime No.224 of 2021 while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
