Petition is filed to amend the cause title of the second respondent in the affidavit and petition in WMP No.9299 of 2023 as:

"2.The Sub-Registrar, Gandhipuram SubRegistrar Office, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore" instead of "2. The Sub-Registrar, Ganapathy SubRegistrar Office, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondents have no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
