Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent vide sa.mu.M3/4342/2016 dated 12.01.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3, thereby permit the petitioner to continue and to hold the present post as Hostel Warden at Government Adi Drivida Welfare Girls Students Hostel at Kallakurichi, Villupuram District.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 12.01.2017. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had joined in the transferred place.

2.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
