This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.05.2018 and to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to transfer the investigation of Cr.No.318 of 2018 for the alleged offence u/s 294(b), 302, 507(2) and 120(b) of IPC pending before the sixth respondent to CBI.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that with respect to the case in Crime No.318 of 2018, the sixth respondent completed investigation and also filed final report for the above said offences and it is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
