This revision challenges the order of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, dismissing a protest petition.

2. On the complaint of the petitioner a case was registered in crime No.25 of 2015 for offences u/s.420,465,471 IPC. First respondent has filed a final report informing that no offence stands made out and the issue is civil in nature. There against the petitioner preferred a protest petition which has been dismissed giving rise to this revision.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. The complaint of the petitioner is that in executing sale deeds, power agent of a third party included certain property which belonged to the petitioner. The said circumstance, does not permit of any offence. It is open to the petitioner to ignore the document and to protect her right over property.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision is dismissed.
