No.69 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam. (in all CRPs) For Petitioners : Mr.K.Arun Shabari ********** COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the orders dated 28.01.2025 in I.A. Nos.910 of 2024, 908 of 2024 & 909 of 2024 in O.S. No.69 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/defendants fairly submits that further orders are no longer necessary in the Interlocutory Applications that have been challenged by way of the above Revision Petitions. He would however requests for speedy disposal, the Trial Court to dispose of the suit at an earlier date.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is now posted for arguments and recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these revision petitions are dismissed with a direction issued to the Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam to finally dispose of the suit 2/4
