O R D E R

The panel produced by the respondent has been perused.

2.Learned counsel for the parties propose and agree that Mr.Justice S.N.Kapoor, a retired Judge of the Delhi High Court, be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator and the arbitration be held under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aegis of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre, with the fee and rules of the same governing the parties.

3.I, thus, appoint Mr.S.N.Kapoor, a retired Judge of the Delhi High Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

4.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
