ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.1011/2013 of Namakkal Police Station to transfer the investigation to some other agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Cr.No.1011/2013 has been concluded and a referred charge sheet dated 14.10.2013 was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

3. On the basis of the complaint dated 07.10.2013 preferred by the defacto complainant that his brother R.Ashokkumar went missing a First Information Report in Cr.No.1011/2013 was registered by the Inspector of Police, under caption "Man Missing". Subsequently, since the said R.Ashokkumar was found in one of his friends' house the said First Information Report was closed as mistake of the fact. charge sheet is also filed before this Court by the learned Government Advocate.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
