Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 5(c) of the order dated 11.03.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.4919 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4919 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 427 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Cr.No.1182 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
