This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.1309 of 2024 on 21.02.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
