This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail in Crl.M.P.Nos.1009 and 1011 of 2023 by order dated 31.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
