Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition stipulated in para 6(b) of the order dated 30.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8280 of 2021 to appear before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.HAJA MOHIDEEN GISTHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8280 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.374 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
